v1.021 Released

Made a quick update adding a missing image that crashed when encountering a certain boss's second form. I've released a new update for the game containing just this fix. Alternatively if you don't wish to redownload the whole game again you may download the hotfix for v1.20, you do not need to download this hotfix for v1.021!
